i'm registered on the support. During a problem on my server, the tool said:
Please refer http://software.intel.com/sites/support/ for more information..
this url redirects to https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/559995 but i got:
Access denied
You are not authorized to access this page.
and when going to support portal: https://businessportal.intel.com/irj/portal/IntelPremierSupportUser, i cannot submit a request, because no product is related to my account.
