where can I get the evaluation license file

HI, I want to use Intel MPI Library and I request a 30-day evaluation version. But I  recieve an email from Intel with the subject "Thank you for evaluating [...]" , but it had no attachment about the evaluation license . 

So From where can I get the evaluation license file that I need?
