I'm not able to enter to my profile at the registration center (https://registrationcenter.intel.com/regcenter/register.aspx) anymore since ~3mo. Trying to login with my account, though I'm sure the credentials are correct.
Expected behavior: After login I'm able to see my profile with the products I purchased.
Observed behavior: After login on the very next page it's stating "Error. This account does not exist."
Facts:
- Using "Forgot Login ID" at the registration center page works and I'm getting the login ID art of my credentials by mail.
- Using "Forgot Password" at the registration center page works and I'm getting the pw change link by mail and I'm able to change the password.
- The very same credentials work when login in here at "https://software.intel.com"
I was in contact with IPS to fix this issue but the guy told me to write here. After describing the problem like above, he sent me here. Thanks for any help as I need to download an older version of Composer XE.
