"Email licenses to me" does not email licenses to me

Hi,

I had a trial license for Studio 2016 extended as our testing was incomplete.

Naturally, the products stopped working with the original license file, so I wanted to get an updated version, but although the "Email licenses...." seems to do something (I get the spinny thing), it doesn't appear to actually get as far as emailing me anything.

Nothing in spam.

Is this a function of the fact that it's just a trial, or....? Does anyone else experience this?
