Required to register of all Host machine details in the Intel Registration Center?

Dear all:

I have a floating license with 2 seats for  Intel Composer XE 2013 SP1 . Long back to install this I did a registration for one of my system by giving the Host name and Id in the Intel Registration center. Now I installed Composer XE  in an another machine, But in license file having old Host name & Id which surprised me, also  building my application in VS2012 using Intel compiler facing the following error:-

Error: A license for CCompW is not available now (-96,491).

Am i need to register the second machine's Host name and Id in the Intel Registration center?

Is it mandatory that all systems used the Intel product need to be registered in the Intel Registration center?

Please help me in this regard ASAP.
