Hi,
We purchased some time ago licenses for the Intel MKL libraries (OS X and Linux) through a 3rd party reseller, who gave us the serial numbers. We used the provided registration urls (https://registrationcenter.intel.com/RegisterExpress.aspx?sn=XXXX-XXXXXXX w/ XXXX-XXXXXX being the license), which worked fine.
But we would like to consolidate those products to a single account (the one associated to the account I am using in this forum). The problem is that I do not know which account those were associated to originally. What options to I have to recover that account (at least the account id) ?

I have 3 FlexLM servers for our 2 floating licenses.
While license checkouts work, there is a long delay before the checkout, which makes compilation very slow:

I saw that people have had similar problems e.g. https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/intel-c-compiler/topic/606143?pa... but didn't see a resolution.
There was some indication this might be to do with IPv6 but I've disabled that on the master license server and that hasn't helped.
This is with CentOS 7.2 on both servers and client.

Hi,
I have an C++ app developed in VS 2008 and want to compile it on Intel C++ compiler to see the impact on performance improvement. So could you share the link to download a trial version of Intel® Composer XE 2013 (compiler 13.0 and 13.1) / Intel® Composer XE 2013 SP1 initial release (compiler 14.0.0)/Intel® Composer XE 2011 (compiler 12.0 and 12.1) as it integrates with VS 2008.

I am currently evaluating both the Linux and Windows versions of Parallel Studio XE for my company. One important issue that I haven't yet been able to locate an answer for is in regards to licensing of the Intel OpenMP library (as distributed with Parallel Studio XE).
More specifically, The linux version of the Intel compiler has an option `-static-intel` which among other things, can statically compile in the Intel OpenMP library `libiomp5`. My question about this OpenMP library is about its licensing (more specifically when statically compiled into a program).
- Are there any restrictions regarding distribution or attribution requirements as a result of statically linking to this library on Linux?
- Similarly, are there any restrictions regarding distribution or attribution requirements as a result of statically linking to this library on Windows?

Do you have any of the old *2011.3.174.tgz files?
We have a floating license valid for Fortran/C development tools. In 2011 we installed only the 32-bit version, as this was the Linux version at the time. We have now moved to 64-bit Linux. The ia32 files moved and are working just fine under the new system, but can only produce the 32-bit code. The complete set of installation files has been lost, we only have l_fcompxe_2011.3.174.tgz. For some reason, Intel no longer has the files available for distribution, only l_mkl_10.3.3.174.tgz is still downloadable and so we have that.
We have tried to upgrade to the last version available to us under the terms of the license, but ran into trouble with license server incompatibility with the current (online) version of license generator, so the only solution remains to find the old installation files to keep running under the same license off the same server host.
Does anybody have any of the old *2011.3.174* files stashed away in their archives? Could you please look and send me an email if you do?

Dear Intel Tech Support:
We purchased Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE 2011.
During installation, we can only offline activation.
While the license file will be sent to the serial number owner. Who already left the company.
So we would like to change the registered user.

When compiling, I get the following error: Error: A license for FCompW is not available (-9,57).(Full output in end of this post).
Product and license details:
Product SKU: PCE999WLGE01X1Z
License Type: Named-user(System Locked) 1 seats
My support has expired, however the compiler should still work, right?
Please help me out to get this corrected!

Hello,
I work in a smaller company that sells machines that (among other things) also do some signal processing. We want to use Intel Math Kernel library because it contains fast Fourier Transform algorithms.
I have two questions
1. I carefully read all the documents and the End User License Agreement and If I understand everything correctly, we can use Intel Math Kernel library for free as long as every developer obtains his own license and as long we act in accordance with Named User license described by EULA. Is that true?
2. The functionality of our software greatly differs from the overall Intel MKL functionality. The software only runs on the machines we make and sell. Those machines perform some mechanical operations and they process signals from various sensors and camera. Therefore, if I understand the license agreement correctly, we may freely redistribute the Intel MKL library DLLs together with our software?
As I said, I read the documents but I would like to hear confirmation from someone anyway. I am just slightly confused because the free license is called Community license - and this term is usually used as the opposite of "commercial license". Well, the rest of the website & EULA have almost convinced me that the community license can be used by companies as well, but I would still be happy if you could confirm this.

Hello,
I entered registration info on a Windows floating license serial number for Parallel Studio Composer Fortran/C++. I received the email stating that the there is a delay of 1 hour for final configuration. Over 24 hours later I still cannot follow the link to complete the configuration--receiving Account Incomplete page with same wait an hour message.
I am able to get to the products page which lists me as a developer for the serial number. I have no access to download the license file and I cannot access premier support. Please resolve ASAP.

This obnoxious piece of malware called Intel Software Manager is:
1. Still being installed without user's consent
2. Still has no option in setup not to install it at all
What is worse, it now also keeps adding itself to system startup (I remove the entry from the Run registry key but it adds itself back like a virus) even if you go to settings and configure it to only start manually.
So, when is Intel going to clean up their act and make that buggy, nagging, piece of crap optional or at least make it respect the user settings and stay disabled when I disable it???
Maybe I should submit ism.exe to all antivirus vendors to be classified as a PUP, maybe you fix it when they start blocking it.

I have a single user license for Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran Windows and it is installed on 2 systems. I need to install on a new system (it is ok if I have to uninstall on the other systems). When I go to the Manage License site there is no Activate Serial Number button to enter the MAC address for the new system. Can you help?

How do I transfer ownership of our 32 products (4 different packages) from an employee that has left the company?
I need to update the licenses. I have serial numbers and SKU (and the old/existing license file) but on https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/products/ it seems that I cannot create new license files without being assigned the appropriate role?

I have registered as a student developer, and have Intel XE Studio 2017 installed but the provided serial number in the email and on the download page doesn't work. Here is the error "Activation rights do not allow this software to be installed. This could be due to expired subscription or incompatible serial number.".

I have recently upgraded from OSX 10.6.8 on a Mac Pro. to OSX 10.9.5 and the old Intel Fortran Intel Professional 11.1 now does not work. I was told that I'd need Parallel Studio XE2015, but a web search indicates that it should be Parallel Studio XE2016. Is this correct? Also is there any upgrade path from 11.1 to XE 2016? Is there an email address where I can purchase this software in Australia. thanks

I just downloaded a trial version of Intel® Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Linux* 2017 but while installing it, a license is required.
Where should I go to get one?
